MARK
RPEQ Engineer – Director
Mark is the founder for Design Sirs. Having graduated from University in 2015, Mark quickly found himself deep into engineering within the residential sector. His early position included projects from 10 storey residential structures to high-end Architectural homes, to simple post removals in Queenslanders & small renovations.
He found residential work to be his passion as it covered a broad scope of engineering materials & solutions. This passion has allowed him to excel over a broad range of engineering details & solutions and he now passionately assist home-owners and clients on their projects, delivering extra guidance on works from start to finish and cost effective construction strategies.
Mark founded Design Sirs in 2020 based on this passion; to allow himself the extra time needed on projects to deliver a product he was proud of. A set of plans that is easily understood, practical to construct & offers a whole solution
ROSS
Principal Engineer
Ross started his career in Forensic Engineering in 2010, with a knack for looking at structures in ways others did not – he was able to deliver concise reports with practical repair & damage mitigation solutions. As he moved ahead in his career he used this foundation for interpreting buildings to guide structural engineering designs in commercial & residential buildings.
This allowed for practical, simplified solutions to complex structures. With this in-sight he works closely with clients & Architects with iterative 1 on 1 meetings to deliver custom tailored solutions to each projects.
Seeing the guiding principles of Design Sirs, Ross joined the team in 2020 to deliver projects that go beyond the standard design solution.
